The location offered really good access to key areas. the staff exhibited excellent helpfulness, i received useful itinerary suggestions. the bed was supremely comfortable, a factor i greatly value. complimentary cava greeted me on arrival as well. I celebrated my birthday.
I found the bathroom lighting somewhat dim. Brighter lighting would be beneficial

the breakfast was fabulous and the coffee was excellent! our room was quiet, even facing a busy street. the staff were pleasant and provided excellent service, it was awesome!
I thought there should have been a kettle available in the room.

the location allowed easy access to many local attractions. i found the staff consistently helpful. the room was very clean upon my arrival. fresh towels were available daily here.
i noticed limited drawer space in the room , made organizing clothing a little challenging. it was a minor inconvenience but worth noting.
